Terry Arndt is the Founder and President of College Transition Publishing – an independent publishing company based on Bainbridge Island, WA. College Transition Publishing is recognized as one of the top authorities on college transition issues. Currently they publish 3 books focusing on the transition into and out of college with a focus on academic, financial and career success.

Although Terry is very proud of his successes, he is most proud of where he came from and the actions he took to achieve his success. Its these actions that have inspired him to write and speak about achieving academic, financial and career success.

Terry Arndt is the Founder and President of College Transition Publishing – an independent publishing company based on Bainbridge Island, WA. College Transition Publishing is currently one of the largest independent collegiate publishers in the country with over $2 Million in sales. Currently they publish 3 books focusing on the transition into and out of college with a focus on academic, financial and career success.

Terry is truly an entrepreneur at heart. In addition to his publishing business, Terry overseas the operations of his wife’s business, Paper Products, etc. – a retail store and commercial office and art supply business on Bainbridge Island that averages $1.2 Million in annual sales. He also is part owner and the Director of Operations for Kitsap Office Supply, an online business to business office supply dealer. Terry also owns and operates a real estate investment business, and recently served as a Board of Director on the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound – the largest not for profit real estate education group in the Western United States with over 600 members. Terry is an active member of the Bainbridge Island business and education community, as well as numerous college-based trade organizations.

At the ripe old age of 38, Terry retired from the corporate lifestyle of working for a boss and living by someone else’s schedule….now his only boss is his beautiful wife.

A free spirit, Terry loves to travel the world. His favorite destinations are Southeast Asia and Africa. When he travels, the only reservation he makes is his flight. He leaves everything else up to chance – where he sleeps, eats, the people he meets, and the places he visits. As a reminder of how he wants to (and should) live his life, he wears flip-flops…almost everywhere. His only admitted weakness in life…his love of bacon.
